The oil bath filter is used for preventative maintenance on Enolmasters that will be processing sugary liquids.
The vapours from the return vessel flow through a tasteless oil in the filter prior to entering the motor, this traps any sugary vapours.
In doing so, the user decreases the chance of buildup forming within the motor which would cause premature wear or failure.
